We will help you learn the angles of the court and how to move properly creating space and opportunities

Just like any other skill, we need to develop our bodies and athletic abilities effectively

To be an Elite Athlete requires the proper nutrition and care for your body. We have created a Health & Nutrition Program that focuses on today's Basketball Athlete.

DETAILED PLAYER EVALUATIONS
Each players will recieve monthly player reports that track their progress
NUTRITION GUIDANCE, MEAL & DIET PLANS
Each player will receive meal plans, along with pre & post-game plan. Customized diet plans are available as well.
PERSONAL VIDEO BREAKDOWN
Skill sessions will be frequently recorded for individual & group breakdown
This level is for players who have a solid foundation but need help with their athletic abilities & skills We will prepare these players for the competitive high school basketball scene.
Advanced is for players who can learn and adapt at a fast pace. We focus on players looking to gain an edge on their current teams and players who want to play beyond High School.
The Coaches will make the final decision on what level is selected for each player. We make this decision based on detailed analysis of the players skill level and maturity
Players can be promoted to higher levels after they have proved a high level of proficiency & maturity at their current level..
Player can also be demoted to a lower level if they cannot compete at their current spot or show a lack of maturity for that level..
